Privateer Single Cask P651
This rum is a tribute to the American privateers called "Privateers" and Boston's old warships. Navy Yard is a traditional double-distilled molasses rum from a single sugar factory in Guatemala. It is aged for at least 2 years in new 200 liter oak barrels and is bottled without reduction or cold filtration, barrel by barrel. The name of the rum is linked to the Boston Shipyard, in recognition of the Privateers who served during the American Revolution.

In colonial times, New England was a rum hotbed, with nearly 200 distilleries producing this precious spirit. Produced in Ipswich, Massachusetts, Andrew Cabot and his team are reinventing New England rums across Privateer.
