Controlled double ageing

This rum first rested in the cellars of its original distillery before continuing its refinement in France. This double climatic influence brings an aromatic richness marked by a beautiful balance between intensity and finesse.

Bottled in April 2022, this unreduced single cask reflects all the authenticity of the Australian terroir. Its woody and fruity character is combined with spicy notes, offering a harmonious tasting full of nuances.

Compagnie des Indes rums are made with care and elegance. The idea was born from the Portuguese, English, Dutch and French East India companies of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, which selected rare commodities from distant lands and imported them into their respective countries. Like the latter, we select the best qualities of rum and import them in France. Compagnie des Indes rums, whether bottled in Single Casks or assembled to bring out the typicality and qualities of each destination, are selected with great rigor.
