Exceptional ageing for Tres Hombres - Captain's Choice Ed 43

This rum from the Dominican Republic first rested in ex-bourbon American oak barrels before continuing its maturation in ex-Madeira barrels. Transported without an engine on board the Tres Hombres, this five-month sea voyage allowed for dynamic breeding, revealing flavours sublimated by the movement of the waves and the saline influence of the voyage.

A rich and intense tasting

Thanks to its unique maturation, Tres Hombres - Captain's Choice Ed 43 reveals a complex nose with aromas of dried fruit, vanilla and toasted wood. On the palate, a silky texture accompanies notes of caramel, dark chocolate and sweet spices, before a long and greedy finish. A rum with character, perfect for lovers of authentic and bold spirits.
