La Distillerie de Paris, micro-distillery in the heart of the 10th arrondissement

Founded in 2015 by brothers Nicolas and Sébastien Julhès, the Distillerie de Paris is one of the first artisanal micro-distilleries in the capital. Located in the 10th arrondissement, it produces a varied range of spirits — gin, vodka, whiskey and rum — on a German Holstein still that allows for great precision distillation.

Petite Marie, a bridge between Paris and Marie-Galante

Petite Marie Rum is made from battery syrup from Marie-Galante, a Guadeloupean island nicknamed "the big cake". This concentrated cane syrup is transported to Paris where it is fermented and then distilled on the house's Holstein still. The result is a rum with a singular profile, which retains the aromatic richness of the Marie-Galantaise cane — vegetal, floral and fruity notes — while bearing the imprint of Parisian distillation. An atypical cuvée, at the crossroads of two worlds.

The Distillerie de Paris was born on January 22, 2015 in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Nicolas and Sébastien Julhès are already producing a very beautiful variety of spirits of incredible precision in their Holstein still.
