Renegade Rum Old Bacolet
A floodplain between two small rivers, these alluvial soils - plains clay and Woburn clay - and a rich water table produce a lush cane. For this rum, we harvested the fast-growing variety we call Cain de Josh's Field, which stands on the terroir known as Riverside.
