Presentation of this high-degree rum

From the 2024 Harvest, this Brut Nature organic white rum testifies to rigorous work carried out biodynamically within the Domaine de Bel-Air. Its distillation highlights a pure spirit, marked by a rare aromatic intensity and a saline presence directly linked to its terroir. This high-degree rum perfectly illustrates the strong identity of the house, combining power, tension and finesse in a faithful expression of the cane and its environment.

Tasting notes

The nose reveals aromas of hibiscus, vanilla, honey and watermelon. On the palate, the texture highlights a vanilla cream accompanied by notes of melon, liquorice and iodine. The finish, of medium length, reveals a persistence combining watermelon, liquorice balsamic and iodine touches.

Marie-Louise embodies the essence of the Guadeloupean terroir and the tribute to a family heritage. Born in 2020 on the Bel-Air estate, this artisanal rum is distinguished by its careful production, respecting nature and enhancing the blue cane, a variety renowned for its aromatic richness.
