The Damoiseau amber agricultural rum is made from the pure juice of the best sugar cane selections grown in Grande-Terre. He stayed a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels of 10,000 to 36,000 liters at the distillery, which gives him light woody and spicy notes The geographical indication guarantees a singular and authentic result.
