Vieux Sajous 4 Year Old 2nd Release is the result of a blend of 12 Ex-Caroni and Ex-Single Malt Scotch Whisky casks aged for 4 years, and enhances the evolution of the primary fragrances of Clairin to an aromatic complexity given by the esterification process. The sugar cane used is Crystalline; Fermentation starts spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
