The 2021 Sajous 54.2% distillation rum takes us on an exquisite journey north of Port-au-Prince, where Michel Sajous, with passion, rebuilt the family distillery. On 30 hectares of fertile land, he carefully cultivates several varieties of sugar cane, including the famous "crystalline". Every drop of this rum is a testament to the meticulous process of its creation: a clairin made exclusively from freshly squeezed cane juice.

At the tasting, expect a symphony of fine aromas, dominated by vibrant citrus notes and crowned by a striking vegetal finish. An invitation to savor every moment.
