The result of a unique partnership with the famous Bodegas Lustau and Fundador, the Hampden Estate - Pagos Edition 2024 Batch 3 embodies the harmony between Jamaican tradition and the influence of Andalusian Sherry. This exceptional batch is the result of the blending of 16 casks that have contained Oloroso for up to thirty years.

A unique aromatic signature

Made from the emblematic HLCF (Hampden Light Continental Flavoured) mark, this rum has an ester content of 374.1 gr/HLAP. This concentration offers complex notes, sublimated by the woody and fruity nuances of the ex-Oloroso casks. Bottled at 52%, it combines intensity and balance.

How to recognize the different editions of the Hampden Pagos?

A bottling code is written on the back of the bottle. L1/23 for the 2023 edition or L1/22 for the first edition of the Hampden Pagos, release 2022 and batch 1 and finally L1/24 for this 2024 edition.

Hampden Estate

Built around 1750 the Hampden distillery originally belonged to a Scotsman Archibald Sterling. Hampden is known for its heavy rums distilled in copper stills. The fermentation is long and natural (no use of commercial yeasts).
