This version embodies the most extreme that the distillery can produce, as evidenced by its notes of acetone, fruit macerated for a long time and banana flambé that we immediately perceive. However, far from being reduced to this particularly empyreumatic introduction, its aromatic and gustatory palette is increasingly complex and remarkably fresh.

Hampden Estate

Built around 1750 the Hampden distillery originally belonged to a Scotsman Archibald Sterling. Hampden is known for its heavy rums distilled in copper stills. The fermentation is long and natural (no use of commercial yeasts).
