A subtle blend of sweetness and vivacity, whether aromatic or tasteful, Rum Fire is a long succession of fermentation, fruity, floral and herbaceous sequences, each more intense and complex than the last. To this, we must of course add, here and there notes of tar and burnt sugar cane, characteristic of the empyreumatic and mineral style of Jamaican rums.

Hampden Estate

Built around 1750 the Hampden distillery originally belonged to a Scotsman Archibald Sterling. Hampden is known for its heavy rums distilled in copper stills. The fermentation is long and natural (no use of commercial yeasts).
