This is the thought that creeps into the mind during walks, squares that open like endless sunsets, being at the center and being part of a world that has crossed the centuries inventing fashion and the art of living. As in a jungle of emotions, inspired, we find ourselves selecting a unique rum for our French friends, a liquid from the most emblematic distillery in the Trelawny region of Jamaica. 1802 bar paris rum

From the first olfactory contact, one is immediately struck by powerful aromas of paint, acetone and pineapple juice, green mango, resin and pink grapefruit, then ripe tropical fruits , banana and raisins.

On the palate, the flavours are reminiscent of unroasted coffee, licorice, cocoa bean and nutmeg. This rum is powerful, intense and sharp, with a finish that is both spicy and elegant.
