The island of perfumes in the glass
Nosy Be, nicknamed "the island of perfumes" for its ylang-ylang and vanilla plantations, is also a remarkable sugar cane terroir. The Dzama distillery produces this amber rum from the Prestige range, made from local cane and briefly aged to acquire its golden colour and characteristic aromas.
Tropical Sweetness
The nose is fresh and pleasant, with notes of cane, acacia honey, yellow fruits and a slight floral touch reminiscent of the terroir of Nosy Be. The palate is light and approachable, with flavors of ripe banana, sweet caramel, and vanilla. The finish is clean and refreshing. An amber rum ideal for exotic cocktails, in Malagasy Ti-Punch or simply on ice to enjoy the Madagascar sun.
