Father Labat in Captain's Choice, what gives?

The fresh cane, the perpetual sun and ancestral techniques give this agricultural rum a place of choice in the Tres Hombrescollection. Distilled from cane juice grown on site and fermented using indigenous yeasts, this precious beverage was shipped to the Tres Hombres in Marie-Galante in 2022 to continue its ripening in the open sea. This ocean crossing accentuates the taste signature of rum bourbon.

Captain's Choice represents a special series in limited quantities. It is, in essence, the most prestigious rum that only the captain is able to select. Obviously, what distinguishes this rum from other bottles is not limited to its unbottled status. The captain, however, keeps a part of mystery to himself...!

The rums TRES HOMBRES are transported from the Caribbean by the schooner of the same name, bottled in Amsterdam by the company Fairtransport of which les frères de la côte are representative in France.
