An organic 2022 vintage with a unique character

The Rhum J.M - Juste Macouba 2022 is a tribute to the exceptional terroir of the North Atlantic of Martinique. Made from blue canes from organic farming, it perfectly reflects the essence of the J.M distillery, located in Fond Préville. This white rum has been fermented for 24 hours and distilled using a traditional Creole method.

A natural reduction process for perfect balance

Slowly reduced over 9 months with pure water from Mount Pelée, this rum achieves a remarkable balance at 52.1%. Its crystallinity and authenticity make it a true expression of its terroir.

Tasting notes for Juste Macouba 2022

The nose reveals fresh aromas of cut sugar cane, enhanced with lime zest and anise. On the palate, the Rhum J.M - Juste Macouba 2022 offers a beautiful roundness, supported by notes of white pepper and a persistent finish with citrus accents.

Rhum J.M

Located in the north of the island of Martinique and at the foot of Mount Pelée, the Rhumerie J.M distills and raises old J.M. rums. It was in 1914 that Jean-Marie Martin, who gave his name to JM rums, sold the property to Gustave Crassous de Médeuil.
