The 7-year-old exalts a first nose of sweet spices (cinnamon on vanilla background), mixed with dried fruits and dominant candied.
Then the years of contact with the wood bring out notes of roasting typical Saint James, here soft with mocha on a woody background.
On the palate, the tannins present give the 7-year-old length by carrying the aromas, with a warm final note.
