The 7-year-old exalts a first nose of sweet spices (cinnamon on a vanilla background), mixed with dominant dried and candied fruits.
Then the years of contact with the wood bring out typical roasting notes at Saint James, here sweet with mocha on a woody background.
On the palate, the tannins present give the 7 Year Old length by carrying the aromas, with a warm final note.
