Saint James, a rich history

The Maison Saint James has its roots in a rich history, beginning 250 years ago with Father Edmond Lefébure. Originally, this monk discovered a brandy near the hospital he had founded to help the less fortunate. Convinced of its potential, he launched production under the Saint James brand, marking the beginning of a new era for the rum industry in New England.
