La Favorite The May Harvest highlights the know-how, the terroir and the climate of the distillery. The nose of the cuvée of agricultural rum La Favorite La Récolte de Mai opens with spicy notes and fresh cane. Its supple and vegetal attack evolves on more fruity flavors. Its sweet and minty finish is accompanied by a few notes of tea.

La Favorite is a family and independent distillery, one of the last in Martinique It distills, every year for nearly 180 years, about 450,000 liters of agricultural rum in an authentic and artisanal way.
