When cask 358 was tasted, a unique fragrance and a fruity, woody taste emerged, combining the flavours of prunes, cinnamon, pepper and liquorice. This old 1991 rum , mellow, supple, sweet and round in the mouth, will satisfy connoisseurs of great spirits. Ideal as an aperitif as well as a digestif, it can be enjoyed at room temperature.
