Braud & Quennesson Signature of the Cellar 47%
Based on a blend of white rums that are 90% similar to the 52% white rum of the same brand.
The Chai's Braud & Quennesson Signature is much more than a rum aged in wood: it is an invitation to a sensory journey. Coming from the Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, this Martinican treasure has matured for 12 months in barrels of less than 650 liters, subtly combining two species of second-hand American oak and new French barrels.
47% corresponds to the final degree which is the most expressive and it is the goldsmith's work that Stéphanie Dufour, cellar master of the house Braud & Quennesson has been able to do.
