The Story of Braud & Quennesson

Braud & Quennesson originated from those curious about taste. They are united by a common desire: to have a Rum that delights the taste-curious. All share the same spirit of enterprise and creativity that inspired those who founded, in 1866, the southernmost distillery in Martinique: Braud & Quennesson. Guided by this passion, they combine their art to make it a reference for Rum connoisseurs.

The Expertise of Braud & Quennesson

Close your eyes and be transported by the expertise of the cellar master, Stéphanie Dufour. She aligns with the rhythms of nature to bring out the aromas and the pure essence of the sugar cane. At the heart of our process, from harvest, this magnificent tropical plant is treated with the utmost care to preserve its quality, and during fermentation, Braud & Quennesson allow time for the yeasts to intensify the aromatic components. With several awards to her credit, Stéphanie Dufour's exceptional talent is reflected in each of our rums. Driven by her passion for the product, she awakens your senses with a tasting that is both surprising and rich in flavors.

Where is the Braud & Quennesson Distillery Located?

Currently, Braud & Quennesson does not own a distillery apparatus. The house in the south of Martinique sources from other Martinican distilleries, meticulously selecting for blends of white rums.
