The balance and complexity of the Manutea - XO are due to its ageing in ex-Bourbon and Banyuls barrels, bringing distinct notes of caramelized vanilla and roasted cocoa. This Franco-American marriage is sublimated by aromas of candied fruit and tropical spices, giving a remarkable depth to this rum.

A fresh and subtle finish

On the palate, this rum unfolds gourmet flavours of dried fruit and spices, before giving way to a surprisingly fresh finish, marked by touches of citrus and liquorice. A rum that is both suave and generous, perfect for connoisseurs.

Manutea

Manutea Tahiti was born in 1984 and then manufactures pineapple, ginger and orange eaux-de-vie well known to Polynesians for its Rotui juices, Manutea Tahiti never ceases to explore the tropical flavors offered by a preserved and generous nature. It is at the Pari Pari estate that O'tahiti sugar cane is cut by hand and then crushed and fermented.
