The story of Caroni, a legend of Trinidad

Founded in 1918, the Caroni distillery has long been a cornerstone of Trinidad's rum production. Renowned for its heavy rums with a high ester content, Caroni closed its doors in 2003. Thanks to the vision of Luca Gargano de Velier, the last Caroni casks were bottled, creating vintages that are sought after all over the world.
