Renegade Rum - Single Farm Cuvée Nursery comes from the Renegade distillery, located on the island of Grenada. The distillery focuses on "Single Farm" rums, where each cuvée comes from a single farm. The Nursery farm, located in the south of the island, stands out for its soils rich in clay and volcanic rocks, characteristics that bring exceptional complexity to the rum.
A careful aging process
The Single Farm Cuvée Nursery is a blend of rums distilled in pot still and column, aged in French and American oak barrels. This ageing process, carried out directly on the island, gives the rum a beautiful golden colour and a powerful aromatic profile.
A symphony of aromas
Reduced to 46% alc., this rum reveals a balanced bouquet of flavors. There are fruity and floral notes, complemented by woody touches of vanilla and spices, creating a rich and complex experience on the palate.
