History of the Vaval Distillery

Founded in the South-West of Haiti, the Vaval distillery is distinguished by its unique know-how in the elaboration of clairin. Using the Madame Meuze variety of sugar cane, each batch is carefully aged to capture the very essence of the Haitian terroir.
