A tribute to sugar cane and the terroir

Inspired by Zaka, the voodoo god and protector of farmers, this pure cane juice rum celebrates Martinican know-how. Its ageing gives it a beautiful structure, while preserving the pure and vibrant expression of sugar cane.

A greedy and balanced nose

The nose reveals a ripe and sweet cane, almost candied, accompanied by peppery and honeyed touches. Lime peel brings a subtle freshness, balancing the aromatic richness.

A dry and expressive palate

The attack is frank and authentic, giving way to a fresh cane wrapped in spices and wood. The delicate bitterness of citrus zest tightens the taste buds before opening onto notes of fermented cane vesy.

An iodized and refined finish

The tasting ends on a subtly saline length, with a cane still present and enhanced by touches of citrus. A rum with character, ideal for lovers of expressive agricultural rums.
