Zaka El Salvador Single Cask 2007
A rare creation: Zaka - El Salvador Single Cask 2007
The Zaka - El Salvador Single Cask 2007 is an exclusive edition that pays tribute to the work of the artisans of sugar cane. Distilled in 2007 by the Licorera Cihuatan distillery, this molasses rum is the result of a blend of column and pot-still stills. After 12 years of ageing in ex-bourbon barrels, only 615 bottles have been produced, offering a rich and complex profile.
Zaka: a symbol of protection and craftsmanship
Zaka, a voodoo figure honoring the workers of the land, embodies the esprit of this unique rum. Each sip reflects the deep connection between agricultural traditions and excellence in the art of rum.
