Although Panama is a relatively new producer of rum (since 1908), it now has some of the largest stocks in the world. This Zaka Rum, made in Pesé, testifies to the local know-how with ageing in a tropical climate that intensifies its aromas and complexity.

A gourmet and elegant aromatic profile

Its nose reveals roasted and caramelized notes, accompanied by nuts, vanilla and delicate woodiness. On the palate, the sweetness of American oak translates into aromas of vanilla, coconut and blond tobacco, enhanced by a hint of sweet spices. The finish, light and subtly woody, leaves a pleasant velvety sensation on the palate.
