A rum marked by tradition

Inspired by Zaka, the voodoo god of peasants, this rum celebrates the farmers and distillers of Trinidad. Blended from column distillates, it is aged in American oak barrels that have contained bourbon, which gives it complexity and depth.

A balance between sweetness and spices

On the nose, it reveals a slight woody imprint, marked by notes of roasted oak and vanilla. Gourmet accents of caramel and spicy molasses enrich the whole. On the palate, the sweet and vanilla attack evolves towards a rise in spice, especially pepper, which enlivens the palate. The finish, more subtle, lingers on soft oak before fading elegantly.
