For the fourth year, communion was the key word. That of two know-how: artisanal production associated with the talent of Lucas Vallerie, a "child of the country", who knew how to perceive the soul of La Favorite and especially illustrate it with his pencil stroke. After the cane is harvested in the fields, this new drawing highlights the slow fermentation of pure cane juice. The white rum La Favorite Brut 2 Colonnes Récolte 2022 reveals a sweet nose that opens with intense notes of fresh cane. The lively and greedy palate revolves around notes of citrus and brown sugar. The finish, long and rich, offers vegetable and floral flavors.
