Manutea White rum 40°
An agricultural rum with Tahitian origins
The Manuteahouse, founded in the 80s in Tahiti, first specialized in the distillation of tropical fruit brandies before excelling in the art of agricultural rum. The 40°Manutea is made from sugar cane from the Domaine de Pari Pari, harvested by hand and transformed into Vésou before being transported by sail to the Moorea distillery. Distilled slowly in a copper still, this process gives the rum a remarkable finesse and intensity.
A fresh and balanced aromatic profile
The nose opens with aromas of fresh cane, warm sugar and liquorice. On the palate, the texture is smooth, marked by menthol accents that bring a beautiful sensation of freshness. The finish extends this experience with notes of citrus and honey, balancing liveliness and roundness. This white rum lends itself perfectly to the realization of emblematic cocktails such as the Ti'Punch, the Daiquiri or the Piña Colada.
