The very old 6-year-old agricultural rum is the result of a meticulous blend of old agricultural rums aged for a minimum of 6 years in oak barrels. Its nose opens with subtle scents of dried flowers with a hint of blond tobacco in the background. Notes of gingerbread appear when opened. The palate confirms the aromas of the nose while revealing a beautiful alliance between dried fruits and spicy notes. Its nuanced finish fades with delicately woody flavours.

The Rivière du Mât distillery is one of the oldest distilleries on Reunion Island, it was created in Rivière du Mât in 1886 and transferred to St Benoit in 1984.
