This monovarietal cuvée comes exclusively from the Plaisance plot, located in Lamentin, and is made from blue canes. A shared terroir: Canne Bleue and Canne Rouge

The Plaisance plot is distinguished by its cultivation of equal parts red and blue canes, allowing a fascinating comparison of the aromatic profiles from the same soil. In an eco-responsible approach, La Favorite uses labels and cases made of recycled paper, made of 95% sugar cane fibers and 5% hemp and flax fibers. This commitment underlines the importance of preserving nature while offering a high-quality artisanal product.
