A Martinique distillery between heritage and innovation

Located on the Habitation du Simon, the A1710 distillery perpetuates a rare know-how in Martinique. Founded with the desire to reconnect with traditional methods, it is distinguished by the use of a hybridized Charentais still, giving its rums a unique signature.

An exceptional parcel-based rum

Produced organically, this 2023 vintage is based on a single variety of cane, the Cristalline, grown on dedicated plots. After a long fermentation of 5 to 7 days, the distillation reveals all the richness of the vesou. This artisanal process highlights a structured white rum, a faithful reflection of its terroir.

Precise Flavor Profile

The nose has a tangy tone marked by notes of fresh grass and sugar cane. The palate, with an oily texture, develops aromas of white flower and fresh cane. The long finish stretches over nuances of pepper and vanilla.
