The historic entry-level model

The Plantation VO is the first old rum in the Depazrange. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in oak barrels in the cellars of Saint-Pierre, it captures the essence of the Martinique volcanic terroir in an accessible style. It is the old rum of everyday life for lovers of the Depaz house, the one that accompanies the end of meals and convivial moments.

Fruity and convivial

The nose is fresh and engaging: tropical fruits, light vanilla, honey and blond wood. The palate is round and pleasant, with flavours of ripe banana, sweet caramel, cinnamon and a discreet woody touch. The finish is clean and warm. An accessible and versatile old rum, as comfortable in pure tasting as in a cocktail. The ideal companion for a digestif with friends.
