Coming from the Depaz distillery which is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful distilleries in Martinique, nestled at the foot of Mount Pelee and facing the sublime Caribbean Sea, the Depaz distillery was completely destroyed during the eruption of Mount Pelee on May 8, 1902.

It was rebuilt with authenticity by Victor Depaz. The particularity of Depaz rums is the mineral side that owes it the peeled mountain and its fresh water springs. More than a treasure for Martinique, a treasure for rum lovers.
