Tasting notes

The powerful nose is dominated by notes of dried fruit, revealing scents of orange and gingerbread with light touches of liquorice. On the palate, intense notes of dried fruit combine with delicate aromas of grey pepper and spices.

Rivière du Mat

The Rivière du Mât distillery is one of the oldest distilleries on Reunion Island, it was created in Rivière du Mât in 1886 and transferred to St Benoit in 1984.
